When you initially express interest in Cropwise services through this website, Syngenta South Africa acts as the responsible party for your personal information under this Privacy Statement. However, when you decide to become a subscriber and actively sign up for Cropwise services, you will be required to accept an additional, separate privacy policy that governs the Cropwise platform.

Subscriber Stage: Upon subscribing to Cropwise services, you will be presented with and must accept the Cropwise Privacy Policy, which becomes the governing document for your use of the Cropwise platform
