Farao

A hybrid, elongated, Crimson Sweet type seeded watermelon. Farao is a high yielding, medium-early watermelon. The variety exhibits strong plant vigour with a very good vine growth habit. Farao shows excellent uniformity and fruit set with high interior quality. It produces large elongated blocky shaped fruits of medium-green colour with broad, medium dark-green stripes. The fruit have medium thick but durable rind for long distance shipping. The fruit are characterized by flavourful, dark red flesh texture with high sugars and small brown seeds.
