New Squash Variety - Milos

Milos, a New Squash Variety Available to Growers.

At the Squash Information Day held on 19 March, Syngenta launched it's new squash variety called Milos.

Milos is a dark green cylindrical early winter hybrid variety for production in the open field.
It is a high yielding, grower friendly plant with short internodes and open habit.

It's beneficial features are:
- Suitable for open field production
- Easy working and harvesting due to open plant habit
- Shorter harvest

The average length of the fruit is 10-20cm with a 2-4cm diameter.

It is resistant to Gc, Px, Cucumber Mosaic virus, Watermelon Mosaic virus and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic virus.
